Who we are
N1ERP ("we", "us") is based in Casablanca, Morocco. We implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and build integrations and integration products. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through www.n1erp.com.

What we collect
Contact and demo requests. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, business email, company, the topic you are interested in and your message. You may optionally add your phone number, country, website, company size and how you heard about us.
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address and the page you subscribed from.
Technical data. With each form submission we record your IP address and browser user agent to help prevent spam and abuse.
Consent record. We record that you accepted this policy when submitting a form, with the date and time.
We do not ask for sensitive data and ask that you do not include it in messages.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- reply to your request and follow up on a potential project;
- manage our relationship with you in our internal CRM;
- send the newsletter you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- protect the website against spam and misuse.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Legal basis
We process contact requests to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, newsletter data on the basis of your consent, and technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Who we share it with
Personal data is stored in our own database and handled by service providers who act on our behalf, such as our hosting provider and email delivery service. They may only use it to provide their services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising cookies. A strictly necessary cookie is used only for signed-in administrators.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@n1erp.com. You can also lodge a complaint with Morocco's data protection authority, the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
