Integration Delivery
Project delivery for Business Central integrations — design, build, test, and hand over.
Integration Delivery is how we run an integration project end to end: from data ownership decisions and mapping specifications through build, end-to-end testing, go-live and a documented handover, whether the connector is custom or one of our own products such as OneConnector.
Core deliverables
What you can expect from every N1ERP engagement of this type.
- Integration design
- API development
- Mapping and transformation
- Monitoring and support handoff
The problem
Integration projects need an owner, not just a developer
An integration sits between two systems, two vendors and usually two departments. When something is unclear — who owns the customer record, how returns should flow, what to do with an unknown SKU — nobody has the authority to decide, and the project stalls or ships with gaps.
This service is about delivery, not technology. Our Integrations solution describes what we build; Integration Delivery describes how we run the project so it actually goes live and stays running.
We take ownership of the integration as a project: chairing the design decisions, coordinating with the other system's vendor, testing realistic failure scenarios and handing over a runbook your team can use.
Scope
What's included
Integration project management
A single point of contact who coordinates your team, the other vendor and our developers.
Design workshops
Sessions that settle data ownership, flow direction, frequency and error handling before any code is written.
Build and configuration
Development of custom connectors or deployment of one of our own connector products, such as OneConnector.
End-to-end testing
Test scenarios covering normal, edge and failure cases, run in sandboxes on both sides.
Handover
Runbook, monitoring access and a walkthrough with the people who will support the integration.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from your Integrations solution page?
The Integrations page explains what we build and the technology behind it. Integration Delivery is the engagement: how we plan, coordinate, test and hand over an integration project.
Can you work with the other system's vendor?
Yes. Coordinating with the e-commerce, logistics or CRM vendor is part of the service, including joint design sessions and shared test plans.
Who supports the integration after go-live?
Either your team, using the runbook and monitoring we hand over, or N1ERP under our Support service. We agree this before go-live.
Do you use your own products or build from scratch?
Whichever fits. If one of our products, such as OneConnector for DocuWare and Sage 100, covers the scenario, configuring it is usually faster and cheaper; otherwise we build a custom connector.
